Deanery elections to Diocesan Synod

There being no other candidates, we declare that the following have been elected to serve on Chelmsford Diocesan Synod representing Waltham Forest Deanery for the period 2009-2012:

Clergy: Steven Saxby, Tony Cant, Paul Reily

Laity: Justin McKenzie, Rosalind Tatum, Colin Setchfield, Diana Kennedy

Bernard Aarons and Steven Saxby (Returning Officers for the House of Clergy and House of Laity respectively).

November 2007 - The Deanery welcomed the new Archdeacon of West Ham (the Venerable Elwin Cockett) and licensed new Area Dean (Fr Steven Saxby) at a recent service. The Archdeacon is pictured with Mrs Christine Saxby, the new Area Dean and the Mayor or Waltham Forest (Cllr Liaquat Ali).
